Refunds

In case of visa refusal, 50% of the gross premium amount may be refunded, provided the request is made within the current year. The insured must notify us at least 48 hours before the contract’s effective date. After this period, no refund will be possible.

Modifications

Any modification request (including extending the duration) must also be made at least 48 hours before the contract’s effective date.
